Assignment-15: Why do you think some people are attracted to dangerous sports or other dangerous activities? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

In contemporary times, there is a notable attraction towards dangerous sports and activities. Based on my everyday experiences and observations, I believe this fascination is a consequence of significant changes in people's lives.

Consider the past when men had to hunt for food, confront challenges, and overcome obstacles. In contrast, our present days are relatively ordinary, characterized by mundane routines like sipping coffee, working on computers, and watching TV. While these advancements have made life more comfortable, they have also introduced a sense of monotony and boredom. As a result, people are increasingly seeking adventure and challenges to break free from the routine.

From my perspective, individuals pursuing dangerous activities may have distinct motivations. Some seek to add excitement and tension to their lives, craving the thrill and adrenaline that come with facing risks. On the other hand, others engage in such activities to escape the stress and tension of daily life. These experiences offer a sense of freedom, happiness, and independence, allowing individuals to temporarily leave behind their troubles.

In conclusion, dangerous sports and activities have become alluring in modern life due to the changes that have made daily existence more comfortable but perhaps less thrilling. People yearn for adventure, challenges, and a chance to prove themselves. Pursuing such activities allows individuals to break free from monotony, experience exhilaration, and find solace from the stresses of daily life. They have become essential to our lives, offering exploration, fulfillment, and excitement.
